About Me

Hi There! I am David Toomey, a webmaster, eco-enthusiast and finance dude in Brisbane, Australia. I founded SuperGreenMe.com

I have a penchant for trying anything once, sustainable living, and connecting people - especially through the internet.

I grew up on a farm in Australia and spent a lot of my childhood in a natural environment. Every family holiday was camping on the beach or beside a river. I was actively involved in boy scouts for many years, hiking, camping and more importantly, learning how to look after mother nature. It was a scouting motto 'leave everything how you found it' which has stayed with me to this day.

Traveling the world for 7 years has opened my eyes to the enormous natural beauty of the world we live in. It really is not such a big place, and during my travels I saw many examples of how the 'mass consumer' western world impacts ourselves and others all around the world.
