Welcome to both the Heart of Gold International Film festival and Byron Bay Film Festival, they will bring exceptional film experiences in both G and PG rated sessions to Greenfest for two nights of film under the stars.

Greenfest is part of the UNEP Climate Neutral Network, a recognized Art for the Environment event and has joined the Billion Tree Campaign.

Greenfest's first year was a fantastic success; with 157 exhibitors, 60 speakers, 50 bands, new film and much more, all opened by Dr Jane Goodall and Jack Thompson with an unforgettable welcome to country by Nunukul Yuggera.

Please join us on World Environment Day 2009 in Brisbane's fantastic City Botanic Gardens for Australia's largest goodwill gathering on World Environment Day. Then join the fun over the weekend to celebrate Brisbane and Queensland's 150th birthday by helping shape the ideas and networks for a greener future 150 years.

More acts and final lineup announced end of March.
